violating these terms will terminate the transaction between the client and the artist.
the artist has the right to refuse a commission or clientplease fully read these terms and Information page before making a requestGENERAL:𓋹 agreement – the client agrees to communicate professionally with the artist and that they will NOT be pulling their request mid-commission and fully intend to see it through to completion.𓋹 contact – all clients must be able to communicate with me via twitter, discord, instagram𓋹 requesting – all requests and correspondence must be in English and All requests must be submitted via the commission request form.𓋹 posting – the client can set the conditions if the commission can be posted publicly by the artist or be held confidential.𓋹 process – work timeline will differ, depending on the circumstances of the artist (health, queue, complexity, work, or family issues) which the client will be notified of.𓋹 deadlines – setting specific deadlines is possible but must be discussed ahead. changes to the deadline can only be done twice. otherwise, there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork. however, an estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be given, accordingly.𓋹 payment – full payment must be done before service. once the payment is received, there will be no option for refunds. an invoice will always be set. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY:I, the artist, hold the rights to the produced artwork⛧⛧⛧the client may:
𓋹 use the artwork for personal use on social media or elsewhere no matter if there is monetization involved or not.𓋹 use the artwork as a design for a physical good; such as paper-based works, merchandise, apparel or tattoos for only themselves
But cannot use it as goods to sell commercially.the client must:
𓋹 credit the artist when the art is used (via bios, captions, descriptions, or pinned comments on ALL social media platforms).𓋹 NOT claim the artist's work as their own.the artist may:
𓋹 use the art in a portfolio and/or for self-promotion.𓋹 post the art on social media including works in progress and previews.

i work best with visual references so please include any you think i might need; textual is fine as long as it's detailed and isn't too complicated⛧⛧⛧WORKS DEPICTING THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REJECTED𓋹 requests of irl people such as celebrities, political and public figures with or without the permissions of the person.𓋹 Glorification of violence, terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand especially communities of minorities𓋹 Sexualized depiction of an underage (under 18 years of age) person or character (loli, shota). This also includes adult real life people or characters who are modelled after children or catering towards the sexualization of minors.𓋹 Extreme explicit eye trauma/injuries (A personal trigger)𓋹 furries/anthro/animals
𓋹 Full Mecha/Armor
